Parents must come with the Children to register them.

Members must show their membership Card to the Crèche monitors.

Parents must remain on the premises at all times that their Child is in the Crèche, that way in case of any emergency (illness; etc) they can be called.

Babies must bring a change of clothes, nappies and wet wipes.

Children up to 3 years old should bring a change of clothes.

If the Children are going to stay more than two hours they should bring a snack and a drink.

Children must not bring dangerous objects with them into the Crèche.

Crèche staff will only be responsible for Children while they are in the crèche area.

Babies between 0-2 years must be brought in a buggy.

Children under 2 years (24 months) only can stay in the Crèche for two hours at maximum.

Children must be collected on time.

The Crèche staff will not aloud entrance to Children with any kind of illness (sore throats, fever, nits, diarrhoea, etc).

Under no circumstances can parents remain whithin the Crèche for more than 30 minsuntes. Only to drop-off or collect their Child; only in extreme circumstances (Child integration) this rule will be an exception.

If you are a Platinum or Gold member please use your swipe card to access the Crèche. Silver or Temporary members, please knock and we will assist you.

Please assure your Childs belongings are clearly labeled with their name to avoid confusions with lost property. (Baby bottles, clothes, school bags, etc.)

Please bring your Children on time and pick them up promptly.

You cannot attend an event without a ticket.

Once you leave you won’t be allowed back in.

Parents can’t interrupt an event for any reason – please tell a monitor if you or your Child has a problem.

You must tell us if your Child suffers from allergies or any other health problem.

Always be punctual.

Children need to provide their own equipment for all activities including swimming costumes and hats, tennis racquets, sports clothes and ballet shoes.

Once you leave you won't be allowed back in.

What teacher says goes (at all times).

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any Child.
