Six hundred square meters of world-class cardiovascular equipment means you’ll never have to wait to use your favourite machine at our gym. While you work out, you have a choice of gazing out the window across our beautifully landscaped gardens to the spectacular Tramuntana mountains or pass the time watching your favourite show on the machines incorporated TVs.
And, because some of us prefer the extra gentle push a personal trainer gives to our workout, you can always work with one of our friendly professionals to help keep you motivated.
If you like to vary the way you keep fit, we’ve plenty of different classes for you to choose from. At the moment, our list includes aerobics, tai chi, body-pump, yoga and pilates but we might have added something else next time you look.
A 'Personal Trainer' is a trained and skilled professional that is able to prescribe a specific individual training plan tailored to the characteristics, needs and desires of each person and seeks a solution to the determined objective set out relative to the exercise.
The reasons to visit a Personal Trainer are varied: to lose weight, build muscle, gain strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and so on. If you pursue one of these objectives, we have the best team of personal trainers from Sporting Fitness.
Our trainers will advise and monitor you permanently, because you are the most the important part of our job and we want to give you an excellent service. To do this, they will start with an Evaluation Session in which your personal trainer will make a detailed assessment and design a personalized work plan to achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. This is the first step towards a better quality of life.

Your trainer will work with you individually, accompanying, advising and motivating you so as to get the most benefit from your workouts.
Even if you have recently suffered an injury, our team of trainers can help you recover, as they are all qualified and trained in the recovery process.

The Clubs Gymnasium covers an area of 600m2, divided into several fully equipped rooms.

The fitness room has the following Life Fitness equipment:

In the free weight section we have opted for the 'Hammer Strength' brand, known for its quality and performance. The gym is also equipped with a Boxing room and Spinning room. We have 3 other rooms ('Sala de la Luz', 'Sala Asana' and Machine Pilates), where we teach over 70 different classes.

Water Aerobics: Muscle toning and cardiovascular workout of medium intensity, which takes advantage of the benefits found in water. Provides an effective, complete and safe workout to improve overall fitness. |
Workout: A variety of different exercises to improve muscle tone and work all the muscle groups. |
Circuit Express: Class that takes place in the gymnasium consisting of a circuit of machines to tone the body. |
Fitball Abdomen: Short class working on the abdominal muscles with the aid of the fitball. |
Body Pump: Session designed to improve muscular strength and endurance through a safe and effective workout that combines music with the use of bars and weights, and works all the muscle groups. |
GAP (Butttocks, Abdomen, Legs): Long and short sessions to train the muscles within the buttocks, abdomen and the legs. Improves tone and muscle strength. |
Indoor Cycling: Class based on physical exercise on a stationary bike to the rhythm of music, incorporating continuous changes of pace and intensity, with the main objective to develop aerobic activity. |
Cardio box: Works cardiovascular endurance and enhances overall fitness. Reduce your levels of fat with intense choreography, which combines martial arts like Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, etc. |
Step: Classes focused on improving cardiovascular endurance, coordination and lower muscle toning. There are various workouts using music and choreography with the main focus on step. |
Circuit Box: High intensity classes combining specific boxing techniques, with other elements of general physical preparation. |
Zumba: Zumba is a cardiovascular activity focused, on one side, to ensure keeping your body healthy and also develope, strenghthen and give flexibility through the combination of dancing movements and also aerobic routines. For the Zuma, it is mostly used latin-american rythms, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and samba. |
Pilates: A set of exercises designed to exercise the mind-body. Some benefits are: restoration of postural balance, improved circulation, stress reduction, increased strength and flexibility. |
Yoga: Combines relaxation techniques with different periods in which breathing is synchronized with different body positions. The classes are designed to achieve improved joint mobility and provide a physical and mental balance. |
Yogilates: Combines the fundamental principles of yoga, pilates, tai-chi and the Feldenkrais method to create a workout that manages to bring our body and mind to a state of balance and harmony. Reduce stress and improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture and concentration. |
Tai-chi: Develop an exercise program which originates from the Chinese culture. The sessions are based on the realization of harmonic and fluid movements, coordinating at the same time breathing, concentration and balance, exercising body and mind whilst providing welfare. |
Gyrotonic: It is a holistic concept of movement, which considers the human body as a single unit, and the spine, as its mainstay. The method is designed to lengthen and tone the muscles, stimulate circulation, increase flexibility of the spine, giving mobility to joints, improve coordination and release energy from the nervous system. |
